Astartes Consul Posted September 16, 2018 Share Posted September 16, 2018 As part of my on-off, slightly tortured return to doing some painting, I've started putting together a small Imperial Fists force. For motivation, and for feedback to hopefully improve my painting, I thought I'd share my progress here. The goal is to build around 1000 points, largely chosen from models I like and haven't ever painted before. These are some of my first miniatures painted in ten years, so they're a little rough. I'm a big fan of the plastic 30k kits, so there will absolutely be more of them. For the moment I'm working on a Tartaros Terminator squad, Land Speeder and some characters. There is also an old 3rd ed plastic Rhino that I have stripped down and will be making an appearance in yellow... He's currently at what I'd call 'Final WiP'. I want to do a few touch ups and try and improve the face. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
