Kill Team questions

Hi, not sure if this should be in the 'Other Games' section or here.

(also the 'start new topic' button kept taking me to a domain expired page on multiple browsers to I got it to work on chrome)

Anyways, had my first Kill Team game last night and had a couple of questions;

1) After a fight phase with no deaths, are the models 'locked' in combat?

2) Can the player that moves second use a fall back move to move a model out of close combat and leave the first player with a model out in the open that now can't make a move as player one's movement turn is over?

3) Can models in close combat shoot each other with pistols in the shooting phase as well as melee in the fight phase?

Thanks in advance.

1 - yes. The stages of the fight sub-phase (on pages 34-35) do not include a "Disengage" step. Also, see the Movement phase (page 22), "Enemy Models" which essentially details "Engagement".

2 - so long as your opponent hadn't charged that model that turn, yes (See "Falling Back", page 22).

3 - yes, so long as neither model charged or was charged in the preceding movement phase (See "Choose Model to Shoot With" on page 28 and "Pistol" on page 30).
