Here's my Stompa, this one features a Kustom Force Field, a wire-guided grot missile, a Forge World grot bomb rack, a Kromlech Orc Komissar amongst other stuff. The name "Gortoof" is written in Ork script on the jaw plate.

My turn!

Land Raider Terminus Umbra 8 "Bolo"

Yes, I named the tank after a giant-sentient tank from the book series started by Keith Laumer (highly recommended btw). Bolo is tank "8", yet is not the eighth Terminus Umbra in the arsenal; it's my personal lucky number sooo ... anyways, there is a Roman numeral "V" on the left side rear to show that Bolo is assigned to Solaq's 5th Company.

This tank is special: it is designed to kill giant machines and as such "he" has done so for centuries. Thus, the machine spirit is decorated with battle honors.

I've not really used many Lords of War in games, so it's nice to be able to showcase them :)

That suit is just beautiful. What is the main body colour? I can see it's metallic but it seems to vary in places. Have you gone over it in several colours or is it colourshift paint?

Thank you, I'm very pleased with how it turned out. Luckily my friend wanted something non-traditional and I wanted to test out this effect for future application. The effect was achieved with lots of layers and multiple colorshift paints. The armor panels were based coated in Brunt Gold & Glorious Gold Colorshift acylics from Green Stuff World, then a stencil layer for the hex pattern (Fallout Hobbies) applied with a coat of gloss black, then variations of about five other colorshift paints in various patches to give it a very iridescent feel. The gold is dominant enough that the other colorshift paints affect only the gloss black hex pattern. The metal parts were based in the Vallejo Gunmetal and drybrushed with GW Tin Bitz and Vallejo Chainmail silver.

Excellent work, elmo. Love the camouflage pattern on the KV139.

Thanks Bjorn :)

Wow, the Tau are bringing out the big guns! Nice camo scheme.

Cheers Magos

My 143rd Death Korps of Krieg Super Heavy Tank Detachmet. This is still a WIP as I have an actual Baneblade assembled, and based ready for detail work, and a Stormblade variant from FW that I need to assemble. Sorry for being so pic heavy, but I was really excited to share these guys. I hope you guys enjoy Shadowsword "Dominatus" and Banehammer "Dauntless".
