Warhound turbo laser as carapace weapon for the Reaver

To the people who are lucky enough to have both kits; is this feasible? Does the weapon perhaps look too small? How much work would it need to fit in the existing slot?

I’ll take a photo with it in place later. I think the size might be okay. Would need something to bulk out the socket to bring up the height to meet the magnet on the carapace. Green stuff would probably be okay as it’ll be mostly hidden.

 

The only thing that might look odd is that the gun would be upside down and that might be obvious due to detail.

I simply put a 5x1mm disc magnet both in the Reaver carapace socket and the arm socket of the Warhound arm weapons. It works, even without a spacer, and doesn't look too stupid.

Also, the TLDs don't look too shabby on the Warlord carapace as well.

This is the weapon with the Warhound socket towards the Reaver magnet:

 

 

This the with the weapon the 'right' way up. Looks better overall but you'd need to fill the socket in somehow.
