We are expecting "big" changes in Chapter Approved comming in december, may be good to wait if you're planing large purchases. That said: terminator of all kind a trash (as in very hard to play well, but not literally unplayable) Azrael primaris gunline is good, here we are looking at helblaster, agressors and devastators. Ravenwing is also good, darktalon, sammael, lots of discution of black Knight VS regular RW bikers. You always want a darkShroud. To get the most out of your command point, you always want a source of plasma: black Knight, helblaster, intercessor are the best choices. You want heavy bolters, ideally in a devastator squad with cherub. You should aways have at least one Ravenwing unit for speed of the raven. This leaves a good amount of options to build you list, from grim resolve gunline to agressive Ravenwing. Mix at will. None of those options are unfair enough to win major tournament though.
