Daemon Prince Marbas Posted November 11, 2018 Share Posted November 11, 2018 Since certain troop choices for Renegades and Heretics are extremely cheap is a viable solution to darkly mimic the CP Farm Imperial players have with a battalion of R&H and then a Super Heavy Detachment of Renegade Knights to enable command points generated by R&H to feed the Knight stratagems? N1SB Posted November 11, 2018 Share Posted November 11, 2018 I legit love this idea and totally follow your logic, because while we can also do this with the CSM Codex Cultists, the HQs there are more expensive than R&H's. That said, I'd still probably use the CSM Codex, as their HQ are actually really good for counter-assaults. And also Cultists get to use their Chapter Tactics. But my takeaway is, a looking glass darkly of the Loyalist CP Farm is actually more intriguing for Chaos. Thanks for suggesting it, I will think on this.
