Johanhgg Posted November 19, 2018 Share Posted November 19, 2018 Recently I painted up a sizeable ultramarines force, mostly primaris (I have a loot of other armies but focusing the primaris to one army). I played a few games buuut never really felt for the ultramarines, quite boring actually. Since I have a nice ravenwing-army (~2000 p) I’m going to add a green wing to them. So striping blue paint, going for the green. Did a test model tonight, and my view of 40k is dark so I want my DA to be dark and threatening. I do a basecoat of caliban green spray -> touching up with caliban green from pot -> 2 coats of nuln oil -> overbrush with caliban green -> a careful edgehighlight with moot green -> done Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
