When will the Beta Forum be unlocked?

I'm pretty sure there's some discussion to be started on the subject, now that we have most (if not all) of the info we need to start doing real-world reporting and discussion.

Personally I dont think it should be unlocked until mid next week so as to give people time to get the book in hand and read it them selves.. then calm down (due to excitement or anger :p) before posting.

 

Whilst I have read a bit of stuff already I dont think its the full picture yet

I don't have a definitive answer but I agree with Slasher that keeping it closed until next week when people will have the book in their hands is best. There's little point in discussing things until you have the full picture.

Nominally, it would be Saturday at the earliest. That said, Slasher has a point. I'd prefer it if members had time to digest the book before making any posts. The topics will be heavily read by the community at large and I'd prefer not to have to make multiple corrections in each one.

 

I know players are desperate to disseminate the information we have, but I think its best to ensure that we work slower and surer and get everything laid out first time and avoid confusion.

Fair enough! That's why I asked -- since none of us has done this sort of thing before I agree that slow and steady is best.
