Graymane
Hello folks, So I have finally finished my dwarf/squat knight. And here he is for your review (Pic heavy!)... this is the main overview.... Elzender, Biohazard, Darnok and 11 others 14 Back to top
Graymane
In addition, here here are a few close-ups of the details and internals. Main carapace, front of the chassis and face mask are all magnetised. So, there you go! I'm pleased with it and proud of it as my largest and most complicated conversion to date. Anyways, let me know what you think! Cheers, GM Gorgoff, Trixie, Bjorn Firewalker and 11 others 14 Back to top
Bryan Blaire
That is a fantastic piece on display right there! Great job on the conversions, and the paint work looks spot on as well. Make sure you put that up in the HoH for the Lords of War gallery thread! Â Edit: I LOVE the crushed Helbrute! Graymane 1 Back to top
Bjorn Firewalker
That is BEAUTIFUL work. The bloodstained base, with the Chaos Helbrute being crushed underfoot, are excellent touches. Graymane 1 Back to top

KrautScientist
That Knight is an absolute triumph, man! I love how unmistakably dwarven...erm squat-ish it looks, but without being tacky at all! Extra kudos for the brilliant cockpit setup. A fantastic piece all around! Graymane 1 Back to top
Graymane
Cheers guys. Really appreciate your comments. :) Â And KrautScientist, having seen the level of work you produce, I'm delighted it gets your approval! I'm a big fan. :D Â Again, thank you all though. Really appreciate it. Â Cheers, Â GM KrautScientist 1 Back to top

War Angel
Man that is really cool. You put a lot of extra effort into that. Graymane 1 Back to top
RolandTHTG
Oh that's great. Wonderful conversions, and I think I have to steal the copper color for some of the armor parts on my knights. Graymane 1 Back to top
Xin Ceithan
That is simply astounding! And I usually do not like dwarf things at all. But that knight is just awesome! Graymane 1 Back to top

Majkhel
Sooooo, what's next for the Iron Hills Knights? ;)Another behemoth or perhaps something smaller?
Graymane
Got a normal knight and 2 armigers, so we shall see. :)  However working on my bear themed space wolf successors at the moment, so we shall see where the muse takes me... :D  Cheers,  GM
jester_prince
This is honestly one of the most characterful and well thought out conversions I have ever seen. He's lovely. You should be proud.
Gederas
Honestly surprised I didn't comment on this one. I'm working on my own Knight household to support my Dark Angels, and this Knight of yours has given me ideas for my own Valiant of the household, Ddraig Goch. Specifically the use of the Chaos Gargoyle heads on the Conflagration Cannon and exhausts, and the bearded faceplate.
Fajita Fan
I love it but I'd have given you +100 Internet Points if you'd cut up his legs and give him dwarf-ish proportions.   Next up for you: A melee Knight with a big orange crest and a huge axe. Bjorn Firewalker 1 Back to top
Biohazard
That Knight is truly a thing of beauty! The cockpit details and extra additions to the armour are brilliant and the paint job is top notch as well, the weathered brass is very well done. :tu:
Eldrick Shadowblade
Excellent model! Very impressed with how the blood looks in the snow... also, all the little squat details really took the model to the next level!
Bjorn Firewalker
Next up for you: A melee Knight with a big orange crest and a huge axe. Sir Gotrek of House Gurnisson, a Freeblade who seeks death in battle against a mighty and worthy foe? I approve.
