How much anti tank do I need at the 2k-3k points level?

I play Iron Warriors, and my list is kind of lacking in anti tank. Here's what I've got in that department:

Contemptor w/ Multi Melta

2x Castellax w/ Multi Melta and Siege Wrecker (Attached to a Praevian with Tank Hunter for the Inductees rule choice, but I might use Scout instead)

Vindicator (GW one, with the stock Demolisher Cannon) (I may also pick up a second one and use them to punch holes in enemy lines)

Knight Paladin (Haven't built the missile pod yet)

What would you recommend getting? I'm considering a Leviathan, Deredeo, a pair of Armigers (And with them, a Mechanicum allied detachment so I can get 40 Adesecularis bodies on the field too), a Thanatar (Doing it the same way as for the Armigers) or a squad of Iron Havocs that I would hole up in a bunker with a Master of Signal or Siege Breaker.

I don't expect to see a meta too heavily skewed towards all infantry or all tanks, so I need a decent mix. For reference, for anti infantry, I run 3 tactical squads with CCWs and Apothecaries, 3 Castellax with Bolt Cannons and Flamers, and a Medusa, as well as a Plasma support squad to erase TEQs.

Also - Anti-Air. What are some good options for that? I'm leaning towards a Havoc squad with Missile Launchers, as they're pretty versatile.

Havocs, especially as you are IW. They're just so damned good.

A Deredeo is also pretty damned powerful and covers the skies.

The only thing you aren't prepared for the the terrifying AV14 Flarefield Spartan - but that depends on your meta.

I've been thinking about adding a Sicaran Arcus to my force and giving it the Skyspear missiles, strength eight is respectable and double firing if it stays still is great. The Skyspears give some nice anti-air capabilities and lascannons can always be slapped on for more tank hunting.

No experience in playing 30k yet, so don't know if that just looks good on paper.

The Arcus is an incredible piece of kit. Very powerful. Some may say undercosted....

Arcus is almost an auto include imo it's really way to good I expect it to be nerfed in the upcoming being faq. Only thing is dont spend to much on it so like skyspears and lascannons and be done. It's one of the best units available to legions currently. Tyrants are also a solid choice imo 295 for 5 cyclones is pretty decent and they arent shabby at melee either throw on 1 chainfist and solid backline pod dreadnought defenders.

The best anti armour is the spartan slaying lighting with 4 kraken penetrators if death stars are common place in your meta being one of these monsters a 230 point kamikaze machine that will easily kill a 350 point spartan.

Quad mortars with shatter shells are also very fluffy for IW and deal really well with light armour mass s8 is a huge strength of iron warriors similar to how eldar used to play medium volume tons of high str is very strong. Medusas are also solid and fluffy to and fit that bill.
