Necron Immortals - Sautekh Dynasty: Update:Even more Necrons

I’ve just finished a squad of Necron Immortals for my slowly growing army of undead robots.

 

 

I usually paint space marines so I’m quite enjoying these metallic Xenos as a change, in fact I think I’ll probably do a whole force of them!

My bases are painted with Steel Legion Drab, washed in Agrax Earthshade and drybrushed with Terminatus Stone. The rim is then painted Steel Legion Drab. It is finished off with a Swamp Grass tuft from Army Painter.

:tu: Those are some incredible looking models. They're simple, not too flashy (which IMO is exactly how Necrons should look) and extremely well done. Can you share how you did the metal on them? I'm going to eventually start a Necron army & I love how your metal looks, ancient yet durable.

The metal is Leadbelcher base, followed by an Agrax Earthshade wash. Once it’s dry then a light dry brush of Necron Compound followed by edge highlights of Stormhost Silver. It gives a nice aged appearance to the metal.
