GawFang Posted February 15, 2019 Share Posted February 15, 2019 The points values for the titans are mostly meaningless as they are so high that really they are forcing you to use power levels for games with titans in.Also the phantom rules are so bad (along with the revenant but at least they have fly so you might be able to move it enough to get an invulnerable save) that if you have any other titan macro weapons on the table they are very likely to die if you don't get first turn. The phantom titan is no where near as good as the reaver titan and I would say that its maybe not even as good as the warhound. They forgot/missed that the phantom has two different types of missile launchers on it and the errata hasn't fixed that so it goes to show how little they care.
