Primaris death company

Oh, wow! You chose a really hard path and made some huge conversion effort there. Congratulations!
Shawing off the whole fron of the breastplate... I have never thought about it.
Check out Lord Ranulf's conversions here, here and here - much simpler, but also nice and easier to pull off on multiple miniatures.

Good thing is that the whole range of normal marines' arms and pauldrons match pretty good with the Primaris scale bodies.
Don't give up

Yea man i dig it, felt like you kinda did the most to get the feel of death company, but honestly man, keep to the weapons and jumpacks of death company. Ideally i think reiver models would fit them better. But even then would just shave off the chest and throw a gang of purity seals and shrines on them that would eliminate that work time and save those fingers from blades. You have most of the death company in the arms, pads and jumpacks. I was thinking of doing the same thing with mine since i upscaled everthing else. But ive already put too much money into death company that i have yet to fit into a list.

Thank y'all both for the comments! I heartily agree, it was a ton of work. The torso bits from the older line do not map well onto the primaris line. I knew that, but I wanted to try at least one proper death company. I'm thinking he'll be my counts-as Reiver for kill team.

It is funny you both recommended running with the typical primaris body. I was looking through my old 5th ed codex, and the illustration for the Angels Encarmine death company is actually a regular suit of armor for the torso and legs. The aquilla is red instead of gold, and the suit is quite of course. But there is precedent for the primary suit of armor to not be as fancy as the death company kit allows.
