I was first introduced to 40k through the original Space Hulk, got involved at the end of Rogue Trader with some friends and played through sometime in the 3rd edition. I'm still catching up on things but diving back in again. I'm excited to see a lot of the new armies and developments, and having started with Space Hulk Blood Angels and Genestealers are sort of my home territory. Fortunately I found a number of Imperial Guard boxes and half-assembled kits from when I had to stop playing in storage, so I figure I can use these for a starting place learning to paint and play again, and from what I read be allies to future Blood Angels I collect or part of Brood Brother units for the new Genestealer Cult army. So, not a bad place to be.Anyway I'm glad to see the B&C is still here and going strong, and I'm looking forward to getting back into it all. There's a Guard-exclusive painting event that has just started here on the B&C - Relics of the Armoury.
