The command squad was to be the piece de resistance for the AoP board, along with a 2 tiered board with the command squad extolling the garrisoned troops onward to victory...alas I finally read my LGS's announcement of the competition date and saw it was 2 weeks earlier than last year... So I had a week to complete. A solid 24 hours of painting in 4 days got me to be able to put a decently close to finished army on the board.
