MegaVolt87 Posted April 1, 2019 Share Posted April 1, 2019 Keeping the pile of shame to a minimum helps motivation. This way you are more positive about what's next because you don't have it yet. Even though you were getting the next thing at some point anyway, still feels like a reward when most of what you have has been progressing etc. Nothing kills morale faster than seeing the pile of shame exceed what you have achieved/ working on.
