Been using this list recently to good effect, lots of shooting, good melee, take on all comers, quite resilient, it’s a bit spammy but lots of fun to play and best of all its pure blood angels.

That’s a total of 8 command points, the army is pretty mobile and can get the intersessors on objectives fast whilst still putting out loads of fire power, Captain smash is the scalpel to take out anything 400pts or more, the veteran squad are a jack of all trades able to go where needed, to distract or stop an advance.
The command that’s lets dreadnoughts fire twice is cool but most point are normally spent on the captain, maybe a couple to move the veterans around.

Looks solid! Personally I'd take Death Company over Vanguard Vets. You can't give DC Storm Shields of course, but with only one wound the Vets will still go down under concentrated fire. DC have a fnp save and are better offensively IMO. Also more thematic given that Slamguinius is Death Company but tbh Vanguards are fine too. On command points, you're going to want to save them for Slamguinius. What with Red Rampage, Only in Death Does Duty End and Honour the Chapter he's going to need everything you can give him. Worth it though to rip a hole in your opponent's army.

 

Quick question - are the Intercessors riding in the Repulsors? Because if not you might want to consider swapping one of them out for something else. That's an awful lot of points to tie up in 3 models, even 3 tanks. Repulsors are tough but unlike Land Raiders they don't have the luxury of a 2+ save.

The vets are more of a speed bump/road block that can also be aggressive and if there been shot at Its probably cause ive messed up somewhere.
I normally have one squad in a repulsor pushing forward on to an objective whilst getting the las-talon in range
