Battlescribe mentions "Pre Game Enforcement"- What is that?

I am reading up what I can find about Grey Knights and I am starting a Grey Knights army soon, and saw that Battlescribe mentions this as some sort of option for Battallions. What is it? Where is it referenced? Thanks!

No, because that option is hidden until you unlock your General, after which it appears explicitly in the "No Slot" section ;) I assume that "Pre Game Enforcement" was a keyword intended to compute the points and units left in Tac Reserves, but atm it seems just a dead option...

Well I don't know the answer. But it's PRE game enforcement. So to me sounds like stuff that was already on the board. Maybe for narrative games?

Joining a campaign or remaining stragglers squads or fortifications and vehicles already on board?
