Yeah saw that, I was hoping they may sell them separately later like they did with the knight heads a while back.

Facebook link only for now, but Garro has some pics of the previously unseen 30k White Scar Jetbikes (with scatterbolt launcher) and the naming for the Armiger Mechanicum weapons.

Really loving the mechanicum specific weapons they’re making for the Armigers. It looks like the second one has a lascutter of some kind

Your opinion is important, and someone posting here probably does care what you think. You should go tell them. Remember that it really hurts to come up with an idea you care about and have no one else care. Go care about something and tell them what you think. Now. Think of what it would have meant to you when you were young.

That's a lot of resin, a major re-design. Nice to see the amount of effort that went into differentiating them.

Boooo to no 40k rules :( They really hate the Mechanicus over at FW ironically...

Any news on how the Armigers are armed? IE are they fixed patterns or a choice of arm mounts?

The main studio is responsible for giving these guys rules, not FW.

The baby Atrapos is amazing. I'd preorder all three and the Asterius but...

I didn't think I could this let down; but no 40k rules? I've been saving up since last years warhammer fest...

I think it’s for continuity.

Of rules "style"? The custodes stuff has different verbiage and all the other FW knights have rules. I'm still surprised these won't.

Interesting names for these variants but for some reason "Lightning Locks" made me think of hair for some reason.

What weapons are the third model armed with? I'd guess at a conversion beamer and a graviton weapon of some type but I'm not massively familiar with heresy era weapons.

It's probablly the scaled down version of the Atrapos' weapons, so grav-gun and las-cutter.

Looks like it could be a graviton cannon and a C Beamer

No, because the Heresy is for all intents and purposes a specialist game now. It’s for continuity because it takes time away from Necromunda, Titanicus, and the Black Books for the designers to try and make 8th Rules, where as GW proper has an entire staff constantly assessing 8th rules with player feedback and tournament results to clear box/white box how rules interact with each other. If the new armigers are going to get 8th edition rule it should come from a group immersed in 8th like the studio is. It would take nothing but time for the 8th team to make rules for mechanicum units, and that’s a resource SG doesn’t have.

These would be the first FW knights without 40k rules, they would break a different continuity. Besides Beta Custodes and soon AdMech beta rules exist.

Then these are also clearly a Mini Stryx, Atrapos, and Magaera. All with 40k rules; they must get them eventually at least.
