The ETL kicks-off on June 1st and will last until September 1st. The minis you enter to the event can be assembled and primed at most. Primer can be any colour. :)

My only problem is i dont have the chapter approved points values for marines to hand. So my vow wont be accurate as only have codex here.

That's correct. Successor Chapters can go in their parent Chapter's forum. That said, the actual vow thread for Ultramarines will be in Adeptus Astartes sub-forum, because we're all part of the same Codex. You'll need to make your vow there when the thread goes up. This forum is fine for talking about your vow, tactics, WIP pictures etc.

As long as they're just one flat colour and not shaded/highlighted, that's fine.

As the AdMech transport doesn’t look like it’s coming until

mid-June at the earliest, I’m going to go back to my original plan and pledge for the Ultramarines. I’ve got approx 2000pts of them primed in blue. The biggest job is going to be photographing them for the vow!

 

I’ve got a few units I’d already started so am going to get some practice in over the next few nights in preparation as finish those off. I’m doing all Primaris 4th company (although I have ended up with 4 captain models...)
