Probably Enforcers but at the same time I don't think that such gorget is very typical for 40k.

My money is on Enforcers (not Arbites) for Necromunda.

Definitely enforcers.

Your opinion is important, and someone posting here probably does care what you think. You should go tell them. Remember that it really hurts to come up with an idea you care about and have no one else care. Go care about something and tell them what you think. Now. Think of what it would have meant to you when you were young.

well it is definitely a chest peice, though something about it gives me AoS or Eldar vibes, I don't know what that something is though...

but it could be new IG or Necromunda Enforcers...

The more angular shapes of the plates look reminiscent of Eldar more than Human origin to me.

Naw, that is human make. Eldar ones would follow the shapes of individual muscles more, this one melds a few together.

Arbites?

That was my thought, but going to look at Arbites the armour for them is more of a single piece. Maybe a new style of Guard or something for Necromunda.

My company inform me that their new primaris brother just don't fit in the safety harnesses. And the Chaplain won't let us ride unless we buckle up.

My first reaction (and what I think it is) is definitely chest-piece like. However, upon further review the design of the plates/pads is very similar to the seat cushions seen on Astartes vehicles. I still think its a chest plate though. The spike/trim at the base of the gorget is very reminiscent of the Tempestus chestplate design.

I'm also kinda tempted to say it is actually some kind of backpack rather than front armour. The upper lateral plates kinda look like wide "straps" for it, but it doesn't look very big nor a practical design for a backpack (not that such a thing has ever stopped anyone in 40K :D)

I'm going with Enforcers, given that small video/sound clip we got a couple of days ago.  Hopefully they can be used as bitz for my IG units...

Plastic Aeldari aspect warrior torso. The ‘gorget’ is actually the bottom of a soul stone container in the chest.

That would be interesting, but since Eldar have muscles sculpted into their armour I'd assume not.

Unbearable, isn't it? The suffering of strangers, the agony of friends. There is a secret song at the centre of the world, and its sound is like razors through flesh.

[JUDGEMENT INTENSIFIES]

More seriously that does add credit to the Arbites theory. Since the kit is so different than regular kit I gather that we might see a bit of a redesign to be a bit less "Dress".
