Why the Purge patrol? What's his purpose? I would take it out personally. Also I think you need a bit of screening, you are really low on bodies for a 2000pt.s game imo. I would rearrange the whole list very differently ahahah

Purge is to get access to Warptime/Death Hex, getting them in a patrol vs auxiliary I don't lose a CP. And Purge get the reroll for wounded units, just a bonus.
My plan was to run the crawlers up front to screen with a DP and the Plague Bus. Using the other 2 PM squads and Cultists to grab objectives. The leviathan and other DP will gaurd my deployment zone and the leviathan will help soften up other units.

I ran a similar list but instead of heavy's I had 3 more squads of PM's. They just didn't do much, so I wanted something I could rush forward. I am hoping they soak up some fire that would instead being shooting my objective holders.

I was thinking of replacing the crawlers with drones, but I thought maybe crawlers would work better with everything else.

What kind of changes would you make? Any advise would be welcome.

Depends, are you willing to ally Nurgle daemons or do you want remain pure DG?

I have 9 Nurglings, 26 Plaguebearers, and 5 Drones (these not assembled), and a couple Poxbringers.

I'm not opposed to it, I've been trying to stay pure Death Guard with the exception of a knight from time to time. I've done well the first day, it's second day tournament that I've struggled. Usually against multiple knight armies, but I've noticed they try to make building unable to be occupiedand things like that.

Ok I've written this, utilizing the models you have. It has a lot of mass, very good melee and decent shooting. Also a lot of CP (remember to use cloud of flies to protect the melee marines)

New list I've been toying with. I've changed from a DP to Typhus and a Plaguecaster to Sorcerer, but both play nicely. You keep the Tallyman shielded with the Poxwalkers and when Typhus is in the list he stays back too.
Not sure which household to take or any of the new knight stuff. Need to do more research there as well.

Played a 3 round tournament today, went 2-1 (4th overall). The first game was against necorns, won 24-7. I literally lost a Poxwalker, that I got back in combat. Tabled him 4 turns and forgot to score 8 points for the last 2 turns, should have been 32-7. Second game was against an eldar flying army. I lost my knight first turn, leviathan second turn, and it went down hill from there. Lost that game 23-30, I lost because I kept leaving units left with 1 wound and couldn't get the kill more. Last game was against Salamanders, tabled him as well. Won 37-14, tabled him in 5 turns.
So had I scored correctly in the first game, I would have placed 3rd. Still had a great time, but will change out Typhus for a DP. Typhus didn't do anything but buff my Poxwalkers and they only got targeted once.
