The Inner Circle Presents:

This is an event aiming to motivate our Dark Angels brothers to build and paint Primaris Marines for their armies. It is supposed to work in conjunction with ETL VII and help support the Rock's (i.e. the Dark Angels' Forum) effort for this year.

The Inner Circle is well aware that some of our brothers are very sceptical on the Primaris but this is an opportunity to have a go with them without overcommitting - just for the fun of painting those admittedly great minis. At the other end of the spectrum, there are those who love the Primaris and plan to paint a great deal of them as part of the ETL VII effort. So here's some extra incentive.

The rules are simple: You will be obtaining various titles depending on how many ETL VII vows you complete that include at least one Unit of Primaris (any kind). Be mindful, that you need to complete the entire vow (which may or may not contain other non-Primaris units)

Once you include at least one Primaris Unit in your ETL VII vow you can declare it (them) here as well by posting your "before" pics. Once you complete your entire vow, then post the completed Primaris here to claim your Title.

ONLY PRIMARIS PICTURES SHOULD BE POSTED HERE (but not before you complete the entire vow that contains said Primaris).

Totally JJD. Its not got the Primaris keyword but its Primaris for sure.

 

 

Very interesting. I might have to toss up all my initial vows. Do characters count as well? I might split up my Shadow Spear guys to be included in every vow if so.

 

Yup any Primaris unit.

I’m very much down for this. I think everything I’ll be pledging (with the exception of possibly an attack bike) will be Primaris.

 

Now, if I may make a suggestion. Making an alternate banner for one particular member of the Rock, who is very vocal about his anti-Primaris support. Let’s see if we can sway this particular, unnamed brother :D

There already is a banner for our boy, he just has to include Primaris in 5 vows.

I'm really excited by this event - especially as it ties with the ETL to boost the DA performance. I also need an excuse to do my first Primaris - I sure was sceptical about them (although I love the minis). Maybe a small Primaris force would be in order for Captain Semper? hmm....

 

Thanks for running this 5th Master, I sure hope it will get not only the fans but also the sceptics to try out a few units! :smile.:

 

 

Edit: now to decide on the exact units... :facepalm:

You confront me with a logistical problem, Arkley. How should I get some Primaris within 3 days. :wacko.:

My plan was to paint some for the second vow.

 

Not as big a problem as it looks!

 

Pledge the Primaris you want in the first vow (hence commit), and wait for them to arrive. :)
