Is the Psychic Awakening teaser our Opposition?

So this Gen Con teaser about Psychic Awakening has got me thinking that GW is creating an adversary for the new sisters- after all, we fight psychics, and the release schedules seem to coincide. The big space marine bomb wasn't a new boxed set, so maybe sisters vs a psychic heavy cult will be. That's also good overlap with the new cultists in the Blackstone Escalation set.

 

What do you think? Sound plausible?

Could just be the human psychic awakening (that has been telegraphed as part of the plan for humanity by the Emperor for like two or more decades now) sends things to hell and gone in the Imperium - no specific need for a new army to introduce the concept.
