That may be a design element that is on the way out, in favor of jump infantry only. I really assumed that we were going to see them with Primaris White Scars generic enough to build some Primaris Ravenwing on - that they didn't show up makes me think that Primaris bikes may not be a thing. Rubicon crossovers Harald: he'd still have his thunder wolf, put him in phobos armor still riding his t wolf Ragnar: tacticus armor, and his 2 giant blackmane wolves Lukas: (yes I think he is going to cross, and itll be explained that Ragnar was supposed to be the first to cross but Lukas altered paperwork and got it done). I think he would have weird hodgepodge phobos/tacticus srmor. ( I hope he'd get both bloodclaws and reivers keywords) Njal: I see him in gravis plate. Arjac:c. But he would hopefully be in Terminator prime plate, but likely he'd get gravis techmarine armor, and double as our primaris tech release. Canis will die/become a dreadnaught, unless they fully commit and evolved the model which I doubt. His model will be discountimued. We have more characters than other armies, and I hope we get some new characters. Wolf spear chapter master, a few elite characters not unlike Lukas. --------- (Endless spells) If this is to be a thing, I suspect freki and greki will become summons that decimate things in cqc, living lightning and jaws as well. --------- On eventual chapter specific units. I think wolves will get tacticus armor, double headed waraxes with heavy pistols. And probably a dumb name. -------- On lore I care about this more than any of the above. I want to see the wolves reaction to wolfspear. I'd hope ashesof prospero is confirmed. And we get 13th co Marines back, and I suspect they would under to the primaris treatment. I just hope its not too long a wait....I imagine 8+ months. 2 supplements every 2 months means another 4 months of that. Then SoB, psychic awakening, AoS, and December no-release time. Edit:forgot to say there is also the rumored Orks vs BT (or SW depending on what rumor monger you listen to) that will take place sometime early 2020. Either dying or maybe with Logan moving into the background as an armchair general type figure. I hope not but we do have a LOT of characters compared to other chapters. Some I wouldn't mind losing but I won't list them because they're probably favourites of some other people, don't want to start an argument! I'm also slightly afraid GW are going to ramp the wolf motif up to 11 with a new codex with more wolves, wulfen type units and Werewolf Russ but again, hopefully I'm wrong. I'm looking forward to what our version of Doctrines will be. The rule you'll get for running only Wolves with no allies. I assume that'll be added to every codex now and I like it. Have to wait and see how it pans out. Some races (Tau, Necrons, Nids) can't soup anyway so applying Doctrines to them will be 100% win. I would like something like Stalk/Hunt/Slay for our Doctrines. Turn 1 we get some sort of cover buffs as we advance on the enemy. Turn 2 we get some speed buffs as we close in for the kill. Turn 3, anything left alive gets pureed in melee.
