Warhammer Community has it all. Still digesting most of it, but it looks like the Stealth specialism has been removed from all non-Commander models. We knew that from when the Kill Team playtesters posted on Facebook saying so (around the time Elites was released), but it's nice that GW proper are being more transparent about it. Have you contacted the Kill Team folks via e-mail to raise the issue? Edit: FWIW, I'd say a +1 to wound means that the Deathblow ability activates on a 5+.
