ranulf the revenant
Not suprised you're the first one to do it (to my knowledge) .It's cool, I guess I would try to fit in some kind of classic dreadnought coffin plate though, to keep it in line with the old fluff... Tanhausen
I'm torn. I like and appreciate the creativity. But this dread...looks like a Sentinel and a Tau Suit had a crazy night and 9 months later... :) captain_magpie 1 Back to top
Exilyth
Looking good. If I ever get a hand on an invictor, I'll do something similar - was afraid that it might look too heavy & redemptor-like for a 'scout' suit/dread, but that way it is fine. edit: the more I look at that conversion, the more I like it. captain_magpie
Not suprised you're the first one to do it (to my knowledge) . It's cool, I guess I would try to fit in some kind of classic dreadnought coffin plate though, to keep it in line with the old fluff... lol. Funny thing was that I wanted to do this with the redemptor, but the legs on the redemptor did not work quite as well as this one. When I saw the plating was different, I decided it was time. :D I'm torn. I like and appreciate the creativity. But this dread...looks like a Sentinel and a Tau Suit had a crazy night and 9 months later... Well, you know, as long as they had a good time, who am I to judge Looking good. If I ever get a hand on an invictor, I'll do something similar - was afraid that it might look too heavy & redemptor-like for a 'scout' suit/dread, but that way it is fine. edit: the more I look at that conversion, the more I like it. I got a second one with the intention to try and simplify the build. Make it more... plug-and-play so to speak. Watch this space.
