I started playing 40k about 21 years ago when the 3rd edition codex came out. Together with a couple of friends we visited our FLGS and each of us fell in love with the bright colored miniatures on display. We each chose a different army and I chose Space Marines, specifically Blood Angels. After a couple of years we all went to college and life got in the way of the hobby. Untill about two years ago I passed by a local Warhammer store with my two year old kid. She saw the same colored little people and wantend to go in... I impulse bought a box of BA tacticals and some paint and things escalated quickly from there! Now I own almost half a company of Blood Angels, also I am in the process of creating an Alpha Legion 30k force and some other smaller side projects. When I find the courage I will post some pics soon. For now it feels good to be a part of this most esteemed bunch of fraters! Cheers!
