He is.
I thought it was a male Exarch...
Banshees have always looked the same on the outside no matter the gender of the warrior inside and presumably the other male aspects have female members who dress male while on the path.

I wonder if all the armor will have boob plates then. Even if its a dude.
Your opinion is important, and someone posting here probably does care what you think. You should go tell them. Remember that it really hurts to come up with an idea you care about and have no one else care. Go care about something and tell them what you think. Now. Think of what it would have meant to you when you were young.

Hmmm, it was never really said that , for example, Scorpions are only male and Banshees only female.
I think, feel free to prove me wrong in any way. Heeho, GW taking jumps into weird again.

It wasn't ever stated, I think people made assumptions or miss read the entries on them (I quoted 2nd, 6th, 7th, and 8th Edition here http://www.bolterand...-3#entry5385706). Also looking at https://warhammer40k...owling_Banshees, it has misinformation claiming that they were all female leading to people most likely repeating this falsehood to others who do not have the Codex and are just looking for basic information. It is one of the reason people need to be careful what they read on wiki pages.

They do and always have.
Aspect Warriors are called that because each type takes a different Aspect of Khaine and role plays as it. In Eldar myth the Crone Goddess Morag-heg allowed Khaine to eat her hand in return for a boon (Dark Reapers came about due to Khaine eating a bit of the C'tan Night Bringer so that's a trend with Khaine) and Morag-heg's blood gave Khaine a single female aspect among his otherwise male ones.
Aeldari women who join the other aspect shrines don't wear boob plate because they're cross dressing as a male aspect so there's nothing actually unique about the Howling Banshees cross dressing wise. Howling Banshees are mostly women due to them being attracted to the female aspect but Aeldari don't have gender specific roles outside of the Dark Eldar Succubi which isn't actually a rule and more of a reverse glass ceiling.
