Im up for hunting genestealers on a space station/ship.

if it comes with extra terrain bits to populate rooms corridors etc, it will make an excellent set for close combat action.

Oh I can already see an Inquisitor with stormtroopers in claustrophobic corridors, clearing out xenos or demon infestations.

Might be good for BSF aswell.

A plastic Zone Mortalis would certainly force players out of the Castle/Shooty comfort zone.

"Make your own" tiles would be pretty cool and not terribly difficult for GW to produce.  All the floor tiles would be the same they just provided walls and doors for us to configure as we want.

That would be awesome, I would need to buy however many it took to replicate all the spacehulk mission layouts as a minimum

Didn't the original Necromunda have this? It was like a sprue full of plastic bulkhead connector pieces that you could build however you want by attaching modular cardboard walkways or tower levels.

I thought even current Necromunda had the fabled bulkheads and wall elements, at least to some degree. GW even sold them separately for a short while.

These are the current bulkheads but they dont have any connectors.  Still very cool though.

Very rarely does GW ever actually charge less for the plastic version of something when moving from resin or metal.

Im really up for a full table of these floor tiles and wall sections...I can see full 3D games of Space Hulk and Necromunda for me in the coming year.  Seriously going to splurge on this release...Ive warned the wife already in an effort to head off any divorce proceedings!
