Looking at the Nemesis Warbringer while the "quick-loader" does have the same amount of shells for the equipped gun and in the same revolver style, I don't see how it would actually fit onto the model. If this is for AT I doubt they would redesign the Warbringer just to include this piece.

 

Imperial Guard arty?: They already have 5 different artillery pieces.

AdMech Something or other: I think(Pray to the Omnissiah) this is most likely as the range needs expanding 

Other: AoS  air-dwarves or dispossessed/freecities dwarves

Kharadrons for AoS maybe. Potentially a new Guard vehicle. Those would be my two guesses.

The bombs on the side of the Kharadron ships are a lot more ornate than these devices though, the difference between mass production and Dwarven craftsmanship.

The bombs actually look very similar to the ork bomb from AI that Beaky Brigade posted. Also, the 'slots' of the rotary device are uneven and a little rough; which would be understandable if it was hand-sculpted, but seems unlikely to be unintentional in the CAD era.

I'm thinking it's an ork flyer weapon option (either scale), or maybe a new deffkopta...

Other more logical possibilities exist, but are less fun. Sad.

Could be a return of the Colossus.
I wondered if it could be the magazine for the cannon on a Warbringer Nemisis Titan as surely that must be the next titan for AT if they are going to make any more. It is quite different however.

Some sort of Imperial Mortar it could be.

I was thinking along the same lines. Not right for Aeronautical Imperialis, similar mechanism to the Nemesis, but looks quite different. Doesn't match anything currently from Epic or 40k. So it's probably something entirely new, probably for Guard. The closest thing I can think of is a new Griffon mortar with an autoloader. But why bother with this kit when you already have the Wyvern? The only other option I can think of is a towed artillery piece like the Thudd Gun or Heavy Mortar. Doesn't really make sense for the Thudd Gun (four mortars with four magazines like this each? Bit weird), but might make more sense for rapid reloading of a Heavy Mortar. In any case, I'm sure it's 40k, and sure it's Guard, which makes it pretty interesting IMHO.

It could be the return of the Colossus.

Isn't the bit far too large to be something for AI? If anything it looks to be the size of say, the ammo for the main gun of a warbringer for AT?

photo's can be deceptive   without size comparison... it could be really small but well detailed...did you see the earlier post showing some AI bombs?... they are quite detailed!

No Aeronautica or Titanicus, but Necromunda and Blood Bowl have appeared before. Blackstone Fortress too, but that's a bit different.

GW are re releasing Inquisitor, but scale creep and the inclusion of Primaris have really gone too far and this is actually a marine sized ammo thingymajig...

I'm hoping it's a flyer but something says "scenery" to me. The only thing I could initially think of was some sort of 40K scaled Aeronautica airfield terrain piece.

But maybe it could be a bomb rack from inside a ship - maybe it's part of the plastic Zone Mortalis? Redesigned?

While I too immediately think of (and hope for) a Mechanicus Flyer I’m also reminded that one of the early ideas for the Armiger was to reload the questoris knights.
