Is this a good trade?

I'm trading a guy a full Primaris army, about 3000 points of them. He offered me this:

Monetary wise its in your favor by a bit if thats all you are asking.  Otherwise it just comes down to how you feel, are you happier with your Ultras or with eldar? 

 

If you are asking if the armies are of comparable quality on a table, then I guess the answer is no, the ultra set is much more cohesive for the current game, and the eldar set needs some purchases to be good on the table.  I wouldn't evaluate it that way though personally, metas change.  Would really look at it from am I happier with eldar or ultras going forward.
