Typhus Posted October 28, 2019 Share Posted October 28, 2019 (edited) Hey all, I have been collecting Death Guard for quite awhile stopped playing in 5th edition, but now am back and I have been slowly collecting the new minis am really looking for a list that is competitive and flexible as I wanna go into my local GW Store to play but allows me as an 8th edition beginner to re learn the ropes so to speak. I have looked on this website for lists but am not really sure what to go for. Units I have. You'll need to take all the Plague Marines, all the Poxwalkers, Typhus, the Plaguecaster and a Bloat-Drone. It ain't competitive because I'm not a competitive player, but it's the sort of list I'd have fun with. I'd run it with the Poxwalkers around Typhus, the Plaguecaster buffing the Marines and the Bloat-Drone playing horde clearer. = LEARNING DEATH GUARD LIST = - 959 pts. - 8 CP - 59 PL = BATTALION DETACHMENT = = HQ = Typhus (WARLORD): 175 pts. Malignant Plague-caster: 110 pts. = TROOPS = Plague Marines x7 w/Boltgun x5, Blight Launcher x2: 132 pts. Plague Marines x7 w/Boltgun x5, Blight Launcher x2: 132 pts. Plague Marines x7 w/Boltgun x5, Blight Launcher x2: 132 pts. Poxwalkers x20: 120 pts. = FAST ATTACK = Foetid Bloat-Drone w/Plaguespitters x2: 158 pts. I will try that list out am not looking for tornement lists or anything, just wanna get something that will hold its own.
