Looking closely at Mephiston trailer, it appear that, as it can be expected, he is in Primaris form. The detail that betray this, more than the torso size, are the boots, whose design match those of Tigurius.
As for the Chaos Sorcerer and the Sisters of Battle tanks, they are all great models. (The same statement apply for the AOS miniatures.)

A more powerful, "Abaddon-level" Mephiston? Can't wait.
The Sorc is a great model.
The Sisters tanks are... Fantastic! This overly gothic, ostentatious, religious look is so well suited to Sisters. They are going to be so distinct from the Astartes.
Don't think there's any indication he'll get that much of a boost.
6 wounds and 5 attacks base seems a given though.
Maybe a new special rule if they're feeling generous, otherwise probably just the same as he is now.

It's gonna be interesting to see how they do the stat line. But if they do the typical +1t, +1w, +1a thing for Primaris? Mephiston just became a Mini-Primarch. Especially combined with already being an amazing Psyker and however they model that being changed! But even if that stays the same him going t6 is gonna be terrifying.

only +1 W and A, the +1 T comes from Gravis, which he doesn't have.
so M7" WS2+ BS2+ S5 T5 W6 A5 Ld10 Sv2+ is my guess.

He had an iconic rule Transfixing gaze - btb models take test if fail - become WS1 model (so in 8th edition it could look like "on roll 4+ (5+ if character) btb model (other than vehicle) that targets Mephiston hits only on unmodified 6 to hit roll"
It would make him more resilient in CC without invuln save
