Wow, my favorite PLOG going stroooong. It's motivating me to get back to my army. I am so close to having a fully complete (well for now, until the new releases) Admech army. I may have to take some of your inspiration and roll with it!

Thanks Tango! I just use the camera on my Google Pixel, it took some getting used to and it does come out blurry at time as theres a hefty scratch on the lens. Having a decent light box does all of the leg works IMO, having two light sources and one colour as a background does a lot for the pictures.

The Ragged Man cometh.

Finally got the staff topper I wanted for my malignant plaguecaster and I'm nearly there with him. The problem with taking pictures is that you notice all the problems you couldn't see before. Lots of touch ups to do but I'm pretty pleased with how he's come out so far:

Looks great! It's too bad the plague surgeon got shackled with such bad rules and the plaguecaster got hit with a questionable model. This solves two problems at once.

I finished the Bloat drone off too, wasn't sure if the purple flesh would work but I think it came out pretty great. The lens in particular works well IMO, I do need to go back and tidy up the stitches and the area below the eye. C&C always welcome:

Thanks Ninja. I went with it because I ran the flamers exclusively for a while and they're really not very good (IMO). I usually come up against Deathskulls orks (6+ invuln on everything) and Salamanders (ignores -1 AP). I found the shots to be too random and it had to be too close to be effective. I was having a huge amount of luck with Blight Launchers on my Plaguemarines and thought that I may as well try the blight launchers on this guy.

So far it's worked everytime with a lot of games going eliminator/ Suppressor/Aggressor hunting and obviously doing well vs intercessors and the like. With re-roll ones to wound it's actually relatively reliable vs vehicles too and I imagine 3 of them with Arch Contaminator would ruin vehicles. My list really lacks long range firepower too as well as a reliable anti-flyer this guy does it for me all round

Excellent work on the drone! The blue eye/gem really stands out nicely against the black carapace, which looks great to compliment the orange on the model. I've only acquired the ETB variants so it's nice to see the launcher modelled and read that it has use if ever I want to grab some full kits (that flesh mower....) - would they magnetise well?

They would magnetise very well, if you haven't built the ETB kits, I would definitely magnetise the flamers as the connection points are the same on both kits. The flesh mower is a hell of a lot of fun too, I highly recommend that.

Thanks brother_b! I've got loads in recently, mostly against Grey Knights, Orks, Necrons and Primaris Salamanders. I've found the Plagueburst Crawler to be pretty awful and got so fed up with it never doing anything I've takn it out of my lists. I've replaced it with Deathshroud. I know they're not super great but they're great fun and I love rolling them around with Typhus and smash stuff.

It's been a little while since painting anything more than a couple of base coats but here's the next wave of reinforcements:

The light doesn't do it justice and as I'm not at home (in isolation elsewhere) I don't have a decent place to take pictures. C&C is very welcome :biggrin.:

There is a crazy amount of detail on all of the Death Guard range, the Blightlotds and Deathshroud have so many cool little details that really are fun to paint.

Thank you Verux, it really does mean a lot when people take time and comment and give tips on what I've painted.

I finished off the last Blightlord for the 5 man squad which takes me up to 9 terminator models total which is the most I've ever painted for one army

Typhus has had a small update especially on the flies as the green and dark green on flies didn't look too great.
