ChaosKen60 Posted November 11, 2019 Share Posted November 11, 2019 Well as of this morning at 0650AM EST, I once again own a 40K army for pictures see this posting http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/topic/359709-coming-back/?do=findComment&comment=5423848 I thought about making my own Chapter, background etc. but after reading the DA Codex, and since most of the miniatures are DA already, I am going to keep it simple and play the DA. I started during the ending of RT, and I played 40K the most from 2nd Ed to 4th Ed, then the group I played with fell apart so I left the game, about the time I started a small BA army. And BTW I played CSM (yup the Bad Guys) back then, I spent close to a $1000.00 on that old CSM army, but due to personal reasons I had to sell it. So as the "new guy" I hope I can get some advice, on everything from painting to tactics. As far as what to get next for my army, I am on a tight, tight budget so I will be ebay and no $50.00 plus models right now. As far as my play-style; I am a very defensive player, even when I played CSM (It was a undivided Army), I never had the "big model" player, I used mainly units like Bikes, Troops, and Terminators. I seen too many players buy something and get that big ticket item and then see get dropped or changed in the next codex. So I stick with the everyday stuff. My plans for this Army right now?
