Do they still use the chapter tactic that was on the card with the collector's edition book or since there was a new dex are they using the successor's rules now? While whirlwind of rage is a bit worse than redden the earth, it can be paired up with something else to give you a net "better" version of the previous tactic Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
