Rules question regarding Reinforcements

Where is the rule that says that a unit that arrives from Reinforcements may not be set up within 9" of an enemy model?  I have looked in the core book and also the FAQs and I can't find that rule.

Check individual units entries that can arrive from reserve... Terminators, Wrap Talons, Raptors, etc... the 9" away-from-an-enemy-model thing is there.

OK, so there's no blanket rule that covers all units arriving from Reinforcements?  If it's not in the dataslate, and not a Daemonic Ritual, there's no catch-all rule that says that any unit that arrives from Reinforcements cannot be placed on the table within 9" of an enemy unit?  Thanks.

That's right.

 

I ran into that last week against an opponent in a Cities of Death mission, where I had the Sustained Assault mission rule and there was a chance my recycled units could come on from any table edge. One of my Berzerker squads rolled that lucky 6, and we both read and re-read the rules to find that 9" restriction...

 

Needless to say, some damage was done that day.
