Adamantium will and transports

Hi everyone,

 

Forgive me if there is an obvious answer to this question in the rule book. When a psychic power targets a dedicated transport containing a unit with Adamantium will, does the bonus confer to the transport?

 

I’m presuming not as the transport is a separate unit in its own right.

 

Secondly, if a beam witch fire power targets a vehicle, but passes through a unit with adamantium will do you get the bonus for deny the witch rolls?

 

Again, I’m presuming not, because the intended target was the vehicle.

 

Any thoughts?

Adamantium Will would not confer to the vehicle because of passengers sadly, but for the beam you would be able to get the benefit. Essentially you don't pick a target for beams, you just pick a direction really, so technically the first unit is a target as much as the vehicle is so would be able to Deny the Witch with Adamantium Will benefiting it.
