You only gave him a Movement of 4", equivalent to a Centurion warsuit or a Cataphractii pattern Terminator, but did not give him a Terminator's Armor Save of 2+; you omitted the "+" after his Weapon Skill and Ballistic Skill figures; as Strength 5, Toughness 5 are reserved for the Custodes in-game, you need to explain why the Chaplain has such high values for these attributes.
