Aztek Posted February 13, 2020 Share Posted February 13, 2020 So I think I've decided to expand my Night Lords beyond my initial list, so I'm trying a Destroyer variant. They're bulky so they count as 10 which isn't bad. They get 4 attacks each on the charge, including the Sergeant with a Thunderhammer and Artificer Armor. I also put a Rad and Psyk Out Missile Launcher in the unit to soften up a target likely for the Raptors or Terror Squads. There's also 40 spare points, putting the list at 2460, but those are for special character customization where I play. Also yes I know that 5 Chainfists on Terminators isn't optimal, but two things. #1 that's what I have modeled. #2 they're kinda proxies until we get the Contekar. But he should have a bolter - you want to trigger Cortex Designator rule and it's somehow easier with 24" than 12"... though darkfires outrange it massively of course. But bolter costs close to nothing so there is no reason to not take it. You can buy a combi instead if you have spare points. Fun fact: it's Shock chargers - Castellax is actually not a stock broker. I see Battelscribe's influence. - Apothecary with chainglaive is hardly useful, he's got 1 attack base - You already know what I think about chainglaives on Raptors so i'll leave it here.
