Do you really need a triple battalion?  You have 9 easy to kill units of scouts who are going to routinely cost you the 'Kill More' point as you won't be able to reliably hide all of them. 

 

In the new deployment method, you're going to get entirely zoned out of no-man's land in ~30% of your games.

 

Why are the Sanguinary Guard split?  I would think you need to combine them to maximise the value of any buffs or stratagems applied to them.

 

What purpose does the DC Dreadnought serve?  It's an easy and relatively slow moving target for every AT weapon your opponent can bring to bear.

 

I wouldn't bother with Hand Flamers, they're so short ranged they likely wont get to fire more than once.  Instead just go with regular boltguns for the extra shots.

Hand flamers better clear screens after a forlorn fury I suspect.

The only triple battalion you should take is one with incursors and veteran intercessors in impulsors. Everything else can't kill enough stuff. Scouts are all but trash in the meta game right now, they are just there to give up easy kills.

The only positive for them is they are cheap. They will kill almost nothing and will die in droves.

If you're taking scouts no more than 3 squads in my opinion. Otherwise triple battalions are pretty pants.

I think a redraw is needed to rework some of your synergies to build a better list. Also Incursors do everything scouts do but better and are worth the price increase.
