Nightshroud bomber use?

Is there a reason to use this cool looking flyer? The stats on it are great but then arent horrible either. Price is kind of high. If you are already bringing 3 doom scythes it would for sure screw with the opponent's target priority. Does anyone use them and if so how?

I've tried them, and it was honestly terrible.  It should cost less than a Night Scythe, in my opinion.  Yes, it has those bombs, but they're one time use, not all that damaging (in my limited experience) and it loses carry capacity.  Not a good trade off considering the price is so much higher.  It just doesn't perform.  Tesseract Ark is a much better investment, I think.
