So, with the addition of the new chaplain prayers, etc which happen at the start of the battle round battle round or player turn, psychic powers that happen in the psychic phase, and other random stuff that happens out of sequence, I thought it might be useful to consolidate all this stuff into a single phase - the 'Psyche' Phase, replacing the current psychic phase.
This would take place after the movement phase in the place of the current psychic phase, and include all things to do with the mind/spirit/instinct.
Included would be:
Psychic powers
Chaplain/Dark Apostle litanies
Militarum orders
Acts of faith, however they work - I havent read the book.
Things like Hive Commander on the Swarmlord.
Other random things.
This evens the playing field with models that cast spells at the start of the turn, but then deepstrike on or something so cannot cast - like TDA or Jump pack equipped chaplians, who currently cannot do anything when they strike in.
My original thoughts was to wrap leadership up in there somehow also, but it's too complex with how model removal works now.
