2500pt Army, Not Sure About A Lot of Things

I recently got gifted a ton of old school metal marines (mostly a mix of metal robed DA marines (19), and BA odds and ends (6 and corbulo).. bunchs of heavy weapons and over 20 something Jump Packs, Furioso, Land Speeders, etc.) And wanted to try a make an army that is either a gunline with a counter punch, or something squirrelly with lots of infiltration. (I also love snipers) I already have the scouts and stormtalon on hand as models I ally in with my SoB, but outside of Speeders, talon and furioso, that's all the armor I got. 

 

Also torn between going for an actual in lore army (Celestial Lions) or something wholly my own creation (working name Kodiak Lords or Storm Kodiaks... something...something... bear. There's really cool bear logos I plan to get from Pop Goes the Monkey) [and lion logos for the CL too really.]

 

As far as advice, I just don't have any primaris units, and not sure if I want any. Lore wise they feel like a 100% or 0% kind of thing. If I had been gifted a bunch of primaris I'd have probably went that route. I'm also not married to any specific chapter, other than the Celestial Lions are an Imperial Fists successor so... trying to stay in that bracket if I go their way.

Doesn't include my Stormtalon, but I got the furioso in as an ironclad. It's the old metal furioso so it's pretty much a chunk of iron anyway. Mostly plan on using the robed marines as the MSU tacticals, and not putting on too many Jump Packs. But the heart and soul is still the devastators, and lieutenant, and ancient being an anvil for the deepstriking terms, chapter master, librarian, chaplain and assault squad.

So in this, it's more assaulty (I think), it's not locked to being an Imperial Fists successor, (though nothing wrong with that.) but no dread. Though maybe it's a faster army ultimately, and still seems pretty tanky. Also seems like despite my love of them visually a lot of people don't like lighting claws, but I tried to get a couple in there. Also if I understand it correctly with Raven Guard, and the warlord tactic I can infiltrate the terminators which might be safer than deep striking. 

 

But anyway, wide open to suggestions. I also thought about getting some cheap TLC dreads, and a couple Thunderfire cannons but uh... those cannons are really $$$ expensive. For the points they look amazing.
