There are probably other ways, but that's how I do it. It will appear as a link in the editor, but once you hit post the image will be there. Screenshot is from a PM when I explained someone else how to do it and embedded the same way as shown in the screenshot. There are lots of times where the before/after format breaks down and doesn't show the image, showing the improper BBCode instead.
