I think it's more Sean Penn than anything else, but I don't like it. ALthough it does have that 'no-longer-in-the-field general' feel about it.... but I do wish the artist had gone for more of the Scandi Mark Strong heresy face here:

He’s what, 10 ft tall? That thing must be ginormous.

I'm interested in the book, but I'd also like to know if there will ever be a conclusion to the dangling plot at the end of Plague War (as this appears to be a prequel series to Dark Imperium).

@Jaxom: Guy Haley confirmed on Twitter that Dark Imperium 3 would appear sooner rather than later. No exact date as he was addressing the that fact the other two weren’t available due to reprints.

I’m definitely going to try and get the limited edition. I love the limited editions (I work in production at a publisher so love a fancy book!) and I’m finally in a place where I can consider getting a whole series of them.

I enjoyed Dark Imperium 1 & 2 as well as Cawl, so looking forward to it. The LE looks lovely but It’s the ebook for me!

LE looks cool! I prefer the box-style sets (Emperor’s Spears) myself, but this style is much more elegant. I’d be gunning for it if not for allocating LE funds to the modelling budget for the foreseeable future :)
