Ephrael Stern, Yvraine and Cronesword Retrieval

Visited my FLGS yesterday and picked up both Pariah and Daemonifuge.

 

I didn't read all the PA stories, but Phoenix Rising has the piece about Shelaxi Hellbane taking one of Yvraine's Croneswords back to the palace of Slaanesh in order to prevent Yvraine from advancing the Ynead agenda.

 

But I just finished reading Daemonifuge, and I find it interesting that her knowledge of Slaanesh, gleaned from the Screaming Cage and transcribed into a codex could help Yvraine, Jain Zar and Lelith Hesperax recover that Cronesword in the story that is about to be written for 9th.

 

I also really like the time dilation here; GW uses a story written 20 years ago as way to advance a storyline written a year ago.

 

The ending of Daemonifuge is a cliff hanger too; it's like Stern and Kyganil have been in stasis for 20 years, waiting for the game to catch up to their destinies. They say time moves differently in the warp!
