Where are the heavy support icons from they look good.

There is a UK vendor on ebay that makes and sells photo etched parts for various chapters and also squad icons both for codex chapters and DA chapter too

He makes also 3d printed pads for various chapters in TDA, PA and also phobos style

Do they fit well over the shoulder pads.

You have to bend them before you glue them to the shoulder pads

I bend them around a file handle cause it's round and made of metal so t's easier

The file handle has smaller diameter then a shoulder pad so when you push them on the pad they open again a bit and adapt better to the pad shape (required me a bit to find out the right technique to bend the badges in the right way)

To glue them i use a slow dry superglue that gives me more time to adjust the position of the etched brass part on the shoulder

Once they are glues in position and  you spray the base coat it will look like the badge was sulpted on the miniature itself

It's a bit tricky but gluing a photo etched part is surely faster and less annoying than removing an entire blank pad to glue a sculpted pad and they are lot thinner compared to those 3d printed badges that are too thick (the photo etched ones are thin like tre trim of the pads and not 2/3 times thicker like 3d sculpted badges)

The only one annoying to bend is the devastator badge cause it less soft than the other ones
