A sheet has been leaked online, don't know if anyone has already mentioned it.

Perhaps this indicates regular Marines will also jump to 2 wounds.

i doubt they'll make normal Marines 2 wounds myself.

Pieces of paper for impassable terrain? My main problem with all of this is it really takes away from the game. A giant sheet of white paper on the table sort of breaks the theme of tiny fake armies running around tiny fake locales.

I think they would have to eventually for Chaos anyways, so I don't see it out of the realm of possibilities.

12" heavy flamers, my inner Salamander is giddy. Deep striking fireballs are back.

 

Power fists going to a flat 2 damage and chainfists going to D3 is interesting. It would make them being the same point cost a bit more reasonable.

 

Firstborn marines going to 2 wounds is unlikely, IMHO. At least without bumping the price 2-3 points per model. I could see bikes going up a wound, but 2 wound vets in particular at their current price would be kinda nuts. Sternguard would be Intercessors with +1 LD, and extra AP, and 3 ppm less, for example.

So fighting with a chain fist makes the armour save 4 for what ever it is attacking?

I mean it's clear the chainfist AP thing is a typo and is missing the minus sign.

Could bikes as well go up to adding 2w instead as well? There is the odd w for the outriders, being 4W instead of 2+1 W.

I really like the fact they sold us a stop-gap the year before as a vehicle to introduce the supplements. Tons of weapons changes that could have been implemented then. Now I know how those knight players felt from 6th going to 7th.

I wouldn't be adverse to it, as long as the costs reflected this.

If tactical marines are at 2 wounds the cost should be in the region of 18/19 points. This would account for the fact that they have access to more wargear and more importantly - cheap transports.

Outrider bikes are also signifcantly beefier than old bikes.

Big if true! Also, 12'' range on heavy flamers, +1 strength on power swords, and flat damage 2 on power fists. 

 

I wonder if Plasma will stay at damage 2...

This is very interesting indeed! Especially for grey knights! If regular terminators go to 3 wounds, will they make paladins 4 wounds? Or just beef up their ws/bs ect?

There's been a rumour going around saying exactly that though. Nanomarines going to two wounds would still be 3 years too late.
